Welcome

Mountain Vintage was created five years ago as an outlet for my love of vintage.I am so glad to have found Etsy. I consider myself an avid crafter and a passionate person, though my passions change from day to day. With an interest in collecting, sewing, photography and interior design you are sure to find a fun variety of merchandise. Check out my sister shop for my handmade goodies, RavenWren.etsy.com

Each item is designed and handmade to be as unique as my customers and designs are either one of a kind or made in limited quanities. I believe that each person should be able to afford nice things for their home and for themselves and I strive to find deals on materials so I can pass on the savings to my clients.

My studio and home are smoke and cat free. I do have a boston mix dog. If you are allergic to dogs, let me know and I'll take special care when washing and wrapping.

Payment

Payment should be made within 24 hours as I only accept paypal. However, if you would like an item reserved please convo me and I'll work something out with you. Items may be reserved for up to 15 days with permission from me.

Shipping

I ship promptly and safely via USPS priority mail (parcel post for larger items) within the US and First Class mail to the UK and Canada. I use recycled mailing materials when they are available. Items will be wrapped in tissue paper (home items) or white gift boxes (jewelry).

I currently ship within two business days of payment and usually am able to ship next day.

Insurance is included on all US packages totaling more than $50 and is already part of the shipping price. Delivery confirmation is included on all packages. Note: I do not insure packages leaving the US due to the high cost.

FURNITURE IS PICK UP ONLY OR A DELIVERY MAY BE POSSIBLE IF YOU CONTACT ME FIRST.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds will only be given if an item is grossly misrepresented. I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. I do have insurance on packages totaling over $50 and delivery confirmation on every package. Should you like to add shipping insurance, I'll split the cost with you.
