Custom Order and Wholesale info below.

I discovered Etsy in March of 2007, I work solo and I am proud of my knitting bag designs with their "easier knitting" features. I am conscientious about the quality of my work and I find functionality very important.

I enjoy hearing from my customers who find my work unique and appreciate what my bags have to offer.

Payment

I usually expect paypal payment within 3 days. If there is an issue, please send me a message. Please complete the ENTIRE checkout process to avoid a Paypal hangup.
If I do not receive payment within a week of purchase I will need to repost the item(s) and cancel the sale.
If sending a check is preferred, please contact me and let me know which item you wish to purchase and I will reply with price of item plus shipping and address to send payment.

Shipping

I ship within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.
I will reimburse any grossly overcharged shipping.

US residents: Packages are sent USPS 2-3 priority. If you don't receive your package within the next 5-10 business days, send me a message and I'll try to track it down.

UK and Canada customers: Packages are sent insured through United States Postal Service, with confirmation on delivery. Arrival time may take up to 3 weeks. Tracking is not available due to cost.

Refunds and Exchanges

If there is something wrong with your item, send me a message first and we can discuss either a trade or a return with refund.

Wholesale purchases require a Tax ID and are sold at a 40/60 rate.

--------------------COLOR/DESIGN SUGGESTION-------------------

Simple: Drop me a line and give suggestions for a bag. Inside and outside. I'll take it into account for sure and let you know before I post it.

---------------------***CUSTOM ORDERS***---------------------

There is a $25 deposit to begin a custom order that I will request sometime prior to item processing, either via Paypal Invoice or I can except a check. I will continue the Custom Order process only after I receive a deposit. The deposit is not refundable.

Because custom orders can get very complicated I rely on customers, that choose to use the custom order process, to have faith in my personal style based on what they see in my shop. I like to keep much of the final fabric selections and all of the interior choices left up to me, in order to simplify the process. Trust that you will be receiving the quality and style that is a Deb Donnelly Designs bag.

I like to make up a couple of bags based on your requests and our communications. (1 bag if it is a Mega size) Then I offer them to you for purchase via e-mail and photos with a final price.

I never expect a customer to purchase without being 100% satisfied. If you decide to buy, I will post it in my shop as a reserved listing for you.

If unsatisfied but have a desire to continue developing a bag of your liking, the custom order process starts over with a new fee. You can trust that I do not delay or minipulate the process in anyway.
