In our shop you’ll find cards, paper crafts, and scrapbooks for various occasions.

Payment

Card Pricing (4 ¼ x 5 ½ Cards):

1 - $3.00 each
2 - $2.75 each
4+ - $2.50 each

Please select "Other" under payment options when checking out and an revised invoice will be emailed to you. In the ‘notes to seller’ include the email address that the revised invoice should be sent to.

Sales Tax
A 6.75% sales tax will be added to all items shipped within Ohio.

Payment Methods
The following forms of payment are accepted:

~ Google Checkout - Please select "Other" under payment options when checking out and an invoice will be sent to you. In the ‘notes to seller’ include the email address that the invoice should be sent to.
~ Money Order
~ Check

Shipping

Items will be shipped within 2 business days of your payment being cleared.

If you would like to include insurance on your items, leave a note in the ‘notes to seller’. Distinctive Moments is not responsible for lost or damaged items once your purchase is mailed. A revised invoice will be emailed to you.

Items will be shipped via First-Class Mail or Priority Mail (USPS). Combined Shipping & Handling is offered for multiple purchases. Currently, shipping is offered to US buyers (Internationally by request). Insurance for your item(s) is offered by request.

Refunds and Exchanges

If your return is due to an error made by Distinctive Moments or defective merchandise, you will be granted a refund immediately with no additional cost to you. Please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase for your refund. A refund for the purchase price will be issued upon the return of your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have any other issues, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase. Your purchase must be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt in an unused condition. Distinctive Moments does not pay for the return shipping of your purchase. All shipping charges will be your responsibility. A refund for the purchase price, excluding shipping costs, will be issued upon the return of your purchase in an unused condition. Your purchase must be returned undamaged and in a resalable condition.

Distinctive Moments is unable to accept returns on custom items. All custom item sales are final.
