I love making beaded jewelry and I very often buy too many beads and supplies for my purposes, thus the need for this de-stash store.

Payment

LeighBeads only accepts payment via PayPal. Payment via PayPal assists me with getting your order packaged and sent out as quickly as possible.

Please make payment within 7 days of completing your Etsy order.

Shipping

Shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail.

Deliver confirmation is included, where applicable. However, insurance in not included and is optional and at the buyer's expense.

If you desire insurance, please let me know in the Buyer's Message when you complete the Etsy order transaction, and BEFORE making your PayPal payment. Please do not make any payment until you receive an invoice reflecting the added insurance cost.

Any forms for international shipments are filled out properly to the best of my knowledge, and any import tariffs, taxes, or any other fees are the responsibilty of the buyer/recipient.

I ship to the address provided by PayPal. If your address in Etsy differs and you would like to ship to this address, or you would like to ship to an etirely different address, please let me know in BOTH your completed Etsy order and in the completed PayPal payment transactions.

I reserve the right not to ship countries associated with fraud.

Refunds and Exchanges

As this is my de-stash store I do not accept any returns unless I sent you an item(s) in error.

I try to the best of my abilities to describe and photograph my items so that you can make an informed decision as to whether or not you would like to buy them. I also encourage you to convo me any questions you might have and I'll try to answer them to the best of my knowledge.

If still in doubt, please err on the cautious side.

If I did send you the wrong item(s), please email me at leighbeads [!at] gmail.com to let me know so that arrangement can be made for the return of the erroneous item(s) and shipment of the correct item(s).

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit if insurance was not purchased, and I am not resposible for any misrouted package when I am instructed to ship to an address not provided by PayPal.
