We are a comprehensive craft supply store. If we don't have it on our Etsy store or website, please contact us. We buy from many crafting sources. We can probably get it for you, and give you a great price!!!

Payment

We take the following methods of payment:

Paypal:

All Credit Cards and paypal accounts

Credit Cards:
Visa, Mastercard, Discover. We can process cards over the phone

Money Order/Cashier Checks:

Payments must be received before merchandise will ship.

Shipping

We send out all of our shipments by the post office. We do our best to combine shipping, and be the most economical. We refund the difference on shipping costs.

We ship out our shipments without insurance to reduce your shipping fees. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage or loss. Insurance is optional. We use bubble wrap for any fragile items.

We charge a small handling fee for 1st class mail.

There are three shipping methods:
1st Class Mail(1oz.-13oz.):$2.35-$4.39
Flat Rate Envelope(14oz+):$4.75
Flat Rate Box: $9.95

Refunds and Exchanges

You must call for a Return Authorization number (RA#) for any and all returns. 760-597-0821
Merchandise must be returned in the same, new condition as it was received.
Returns without an RA# printed on the outside of the package will be rejected.
We do not accept COD's for a return.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
For added safety, pad all merchandise in the box.
Please be sure to insure your return shipment.
