Payment

I accept PayPal, Money Orders, and Cashier's Checks. Payment is due within 3 days purchase.

Shipping

Items shipped within the United States will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail within 1-2 days of receiving your payment. International orders will be sent via USPS First Class Mail International. If an item cannot be shipped within 2 days, I will send you an email with an approximate shipping date.

Jewelry will be packaged in a cotton filled gift box and tied with a ribbon. If this is for a gift and you would like to include a special note or event specific wrapping, please add a note to me during checkout in the “message to seller” box with the event and message details, or send me a Convo. Multiple items will be shipped together in one box.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase and will do whatever I can to make that the case.

You may return any item within 10 days of receiving it for a full refund minus the shipping charges. Please contact me prior to the return. Return shipping is at your expense and must be insured. If you choose not to insure it, please know it’s at your own risk.

If an item arrives damaged or by chance breaks, please contact me! In many cases I may be able to remake or repair it, however since most of the items I create are one of a kind, the resolution depends on what has happened, if beads or parts have been lost, etc. Whatever the case, please know I will do whatever is in my power to make you happy with your purchase!

BALI SILVER
Bali silver beads are beads handcrafted in Bali using the same content as sterling silver. Each bead is carefully handcrafted with exquisite detail. Due to the handcrafting process, no two Bali beads are exactly alike.

STERLING SILVER
925 Sterling Silver means the metal is 92.5% silver and 7.5% alloy.
