Payment

Payment has to be made within 2 days of purchase. I accept bank transfers for EU payments and PayPal for EU and international orders.

Shipping

Your order ships from Germany.
After I receive your payment, I usually ship within one or two business days. Every item ships via standard mail which usually arrives quickly and safely. Anyhow this doesn’t include insurance and therefore I cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packing. Please convo me if you request shipping with insurance.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me and I am sure we can work something out. I am sorry but I cannot refund shipping fees.
