I strive to make each purchase a happy one for both of us. I love working as an artist and I'm always happy when someone else loves my paintings.

Payment

Please make your payment within three days of your purchase. I only accept payments through PayPal, which is very secure and safe.

Shipping

I ship via USPS Priority Insured within the USA. Any international shipping is shipped the same way, minus the insurance, which is very expensive. Of course, if you wish to purchase the international insurance you may do so, but it will be as the buyer's expense. All packaging and shipping costs will be the buyer's expense, which may involve an additional PayPal Invoice which will be sent to the buyer within a few days of the purchase.
I use a professional packaging service and every effort is made to ensure a safe and secure shipment.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The cost of the item will be refunded, minus any fees from PayPal or Etsy. Return shipping will be at the buyer's expense and should be returned to me via USPS Priority Insured if within the USA, and wrapped and packaged as securely as it has arrived.
I will not accept international returns, my apologies!
