If the item is a custom order, please allow two business weeks before it is shipped.

I use USPS.

I insure the order if it is $75 and over.

Refunds and Exchanges

I hope you will be completely satistfied with your new jewelry.
But if you're not, I will openly offer a full refund minus shipping costs. Please contact me before returning an item.

Additional Policies and FAQs

ring sizing:

-cut a strip of paper no wider than 1/4"

-wrap the paper snugly around your finger (where your ring would sit) and mark the paper where it meets

-measure the marked length of paper and compare it to the chart below for the correct ring size

*important*
-if your knuckle is significantly larger than the base of the finger, measure the knuckle to ensure the ring will fit over it. This may make the ring very loose on the finger
