I do my best to create quality pieces of jewelry that will stay with you for years to come!
Unless otherwise posted (ie. vacation), I will doo my best to return any convo about a product purchase within 24-36 hours.

Payment

I accept PayPal only at this time.

Shipping

Purchased items will be shipped in 1-2 days of recieving payment. I ship via USPS and will always combine shipping. Please convo me first about needs for expedited shipping, alternate shippers or product questions.

I am happy to ship outside of the US. Please convo me for rates.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns can be made within 7 days of receiving the item. Refunds will NOT including shipping.
I CANNOT accept returns on earrings for hygenic reasons. Exchanges may be determined on a case by case basis.

I will restring any item purchased from this shop that is broken durning normal wear, as long as you send me the majority of the beads. Please understand that most of my pieces are one of a kind and I may not be able to replace the beads, so the more you are able to retain the better. If I am unable to replace beads, I will notify you and offer an alternate design using the rest of your beads. The buyer must pay the return shipping and the rest of the cost to restring the product is free of charge.

I am happy to do custom orders. If you see something you like but need it in a different size, or would like something similar to something you see in my shop please let me know! I'll do my best to work with you!
