Payment

Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express accepted. You can use PayPal to pay with your credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account.

You can check "other" at check out and we will send you an invoice with a link to use your credit card. We can also take credit cards over the telephone. Please never email your credit card information.

Shipping

We usually ship by US First Class mail.

If you want we can ship our products to you faster using Priority Mail® Service with delivery confirmation. This is a 2-3 day service, without insurance and the actual cost begins at about $5.95 (depending on the actual size/weight of your package). If you would like us to insure the package for you, the USPS charges begins at an additional fee of US$1.65. We can send overnight by Express Mail® Service to many areas for an additional fee; the usual USPS charge begins at about US$16.50, but please contact us for the rate if you would like overnight service. To Our International Customers:
We are sorry but we no longer ship overseas.

Refunds and Exchanges

We are proud of our creations and we want you to love your purchase. If there is a problem, notify us in writing by convo or email within three business days of receipt. The item must be returned with tracking in original, unworn or unused condition for a full refund (less shipping).

We have many, many items available so if it isn't listed in our shop convo us. We may have one already made that is not listed and, if not, we can probable make it for you.
