Payment

I accept both Paypal and money orders, and The Oleander Black gift certificates, and I do not ship items until I recieve and verify payment. I don't have a deadline on payment, per se, but I will cancel a sale after a radiculously long period of time from the purchase date (like three months). But if you haven't paid by then, you probably don't want it, right?

GIFT CERTIFICATES:
For gift certificates, you can pay one of two ways. Either you can purchase your selections, let me know your gift certificate number, and I will refund you the difference. If you don't want to do this, you can send me a convo before you pay, let me know which items you want, where I am shipping them to, give me your gift certificate number, and I will make a custom lising just for you.

FOR COUPONS:
For discounts (ie promotion codes, coupons), use the same process as gift certificates.

TRADING:

I love to do trades - just convo me. The worst I ever say is no (and I usually don't say that), and even then I say it nicely. I am interested in jewelry, home goods, zines, felt objects, little girl's clothes, toys, art, and just about everything else. I hope to hear from you!

Shipping

For all prints and original artwork, I ship on Mondays and Thursdays via usps to the address you provide on etsy. I ship using first class mail, which is generally very speedy. If you need it super quick, send me a convo and we can work out different shipping to fit your needs.

If you need it sooner or would like your package sent to a different address, please send me a convo, thanks.

I am also happy to offer you shipping insurance if you would like it. Just send me a convo, and I will make a special listing just for you.

All artwork is sent in a bend resistant envelope so it makes it to you in perfect condition, and additional items in your order are shipped at no additional cost.

Refunds and Exchanges

I accept returns on all items except custom work. These are my general guidelines ---

● Item must be returned within 7 days of the buyer recieving it.
● I must get an e-mail or a convo from you stating that you are returning an item. I don't accept unexpected, strange packages. My e-mail address is theoleanderblack [!at] gmail.com - you can use that or the etsy convo option to reach me.
● Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs including return shipping.
● Original purchase price will be refunded minus shipping.

That being said, I want you to be happy with your experience with me. If you are dissatisfied, let me know, and I will work hard to make you happy! Feel free to contact me with any questions!

PRINT PAPER AND INK INFORMATION:
Each print is individually signed by hand, and the title is on the back of the piece. All prints are shipped in a protective sleeve and envelope with love.

Paper stock and ink details:
-archival quality
-110lb paper
-acid free ink and paper
-slightly textured, silky feel
-white paper stock
-8 1/2" x 11" full page
-white border around picture for easy framing
-water, smudge, and light resistant ink
-beautiful print quality shows the texture of the original.

Please note that all monitor color and resolutions are slightly different. Prints are sharper and clearer than the image that appears on your screen!

***Your print will not have the watermark on it!!!!***

WHOLESALE ORDERS:
I am happy to do wholesale orders on prints for your small business. These are my guidelines:

● Minimum 10 print order
● 40% off orders up to 25 prints
● 50% off orders 26+ prints
● Prints are individually packaged in a sealed plastic sleeve. Cardboard backing can be added for a nominal additional charge.
● Please convo me and we can set up an order specially tailored to fit your needs!
● Sorry, I don't do consignment at this time unless the circumstances are special (ie gallery shows).
