Etsy is a great online market place! I love being apart of this community and hope my shop will continue to grow. Happy to ship internationally, please contact me prior to purchase.

Payment

Paypal is the preferred method of payment. I prefer to send to the paypal address that is confirmed and use tracking.

Shipping

I ship purchases within 24 hours of ordering using USPS first class, priority with larger boxes. Small items (shipped in padded envelopes) have been taking 3-5 business days, larger boxed order may take up to 2 weeks.

Refunds and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is my priority. Depending on the circumstances concerning damage or loss, a refund or exchange is acceptable. According to the postal service, a package is considered lost if missing for 21 business days. A refund would be in order after that time. If there is a problem, please convo me and we can correct the situation. For damage issues, if a photo of the damaged product can be emailed to me, I would appreciate it. Also convo me first prior to leaving negative or neutral feedback would be appreciated as well. It's best to let the artist have a chance to correct the problem before leaving negative feedback.
