Welcome to my shop!

As you can see working with wire is my passion and my designs come from the heart! My inspirations come from many things, and I love learning new ways to work with my chosen medium! You will see a lot of sterling silver, copper, Swarovski, semi-precious stones and glass beads in my work! I am somewhat of a perfectionist when it comes to details, and do my best to make each piece correctly.

Are you looking for something in a specific color or size? You have come to the right shop; custom orders are always welcome at Heart’s Desire Beading Company!

Payment

I only accept Paypal at this time, please be sure to pay for your order at check out time! If you cannot pay for an item immediately at check out, please contact me, I'll be happy to reserve an item or more for you!

9-1/2% sales tax will be collected from all customers that live within the state of Tennessee.

Shipping

All jewerly is sent via U.S. postal service and is insured. If you would like your items sent Priority mail, over-night or UPS, please contact me first so I can make the adjustments on the shipping cost. I usually ship items once they are paid for within 2 to 3 business days! Your order will be shipped to the address that is listed on your Paypal account unless you notify me! If your purchase is a gift for someone special and needs to be sent to another address, please convo me with the information just to be sure! I always try to check the message to seller, but it's always a good idea to send a convo also!

If you live in the Knoxville, TN area and would like to arrange a local pickup of your order, please contact me first! I will remove the shipping charges before you pay for your order.

Now shipping internationally!!!! All international orders are shipped to you on Wednesday or Saturday and are sent with a certificate of mailing. Heart's Desire Beading Company is not responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees on international orders and they remain the sole responsibility of the buyer. HDBC is not responsible for orders lost in international shipping or items damaged by custom agents (since all items are carefully wrapped for shipping).

Refunds and Exchanges

Customer service and a quality product are my goals; I really want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your order, contact me right away. A refund will be issued upon receipt of item which is intact and re-sellable. Returns must be received within 14 days of you receiving your order. Please note that for health reasons, earrings cannot be returned. Shipping charges will not refunded.

If you receive an order that is damaged in shipping please let me know immediately!

I am a convo friendly shop and will reply to any questions you have usually within 24 hours!

Custom orders are always welcome and I will do my best to create what you have requested within the budget you have to work with! I work mainly with these items: sterling silver, gold-filled, Swarovski crystals and semi-precious stones. I have a large selection of these items in my bead collection, and access to much more locally, so your order can be created quickly!

Most custom orders will be shipped within 7 to 10 days after payment is received (or less). If I have a problem getting a specific supply needed to complete the order, I will contact you on Etsy so that you are aware of any delays!

I will be sure to post a picture in my Flickr account so you will be able to see your item before it is sent and we can both feel confident that your special order is correct!
