We are committed to making the dang sexiest corsets on earth at a spectacular price for the durable and beautiful quality that you receive. We strive to give the best customer service possible (I even hired my sister to answer emails full time so I can sew and work faster. I was answering etsy conversations for 2-3 hours a day before I hired her!!!) We answer all of our etsy conversations on a daily basis, except for Sunday. We want to be a good company to work with, and we want to be your friend and only source for corsets.
Payment
PLEASE send payment within 3 days, unless arrangements are made prior to the sale. Paypal is the best and fastest way for you to receive your package. Money orders and checks add at least a week onto the expected turnaround time to receive your package. We do not start sewing on a custom item until payment AND measurements have been received. We need all the information so we can work quickly and efficiently.
Shipping
We always package and ship the items the same day they're paid for (or the very next day, if they're purchased at night). We use Priority Mail which generally takes 2-3 business days, and has been very reliable considering how many packages we've shipped. However, some packages may take a few extra days. I personally HATE when companies just take their time shipping a package. I try to NEVER do that. If it's a ready made bodice, it's GOING OUT THAT DAY OR THE NEXT!
As for international packages, we ship via US Postal Service, and they don't provide tracking info once it gets to your country. Most international packages take 7-14 days to get to you. We have no control over the customs fees that your country charges, and we don't appreciate customers asking us to blatantly lie on the customs forms so they don't have to pay as much. Let's all be honest, decent human beings.
Refunds and Exchanges
We DO NOT accept refunds. Imagine running a costume company where someone purchases something , wears it to their event, and then contacts us and makes up an excuse for wanting a refund. We HAVE had it happen, and it's not cool.
You are responsible for reading the entire listing, following the detailed instructions for measuring your body, and then communicating with us if you need any additional help.
We will GLADLY exchange or alter (for free) any corset that does not fit when you receive it. You will need to pay for postage both ways, unless it was our mistake(in which case, we certainly will pay the shipping!).
Smaller companies don't operate like Wal-Mart. Once we get money, we re-invest it into our company, and we literally can't afford refunds from people who won't read the information carefully.

We know that this policy page may sound really..uh..harsh, but we have had horrifying amounts of stress due to people simply not reading about the items that they're paying hundreds of dollars for. Be smart. Ask us questions. Help yourself, so you can help us, and we'll all be happier.
