Colour: Whilst every effort has been made to accurately represent the colours of all products, slight variations may occur due to photographic processes and individual computer monitor settings.

Printing: Due to the handmade nature of the printing process, natural variations may occur. However rest assured that printing is of a high standard.

Limited editon textiles: My designs are screen-printed by hand onto natural fabrics using environmentally friendly solvent-free inks. Hand wash or gentle machine wash before use. Do not soak or bleach. Line dry without delay. Warm iron on reverse side of fabric. As fabrics are made from natural fibres please allow approx 4% shrinkage the first time they are washed.

Payment

Payment is required within 3 days of placing your order.

I accept payment via paypal for all orders. Australian customers also have the option of contacting me via convo or email (d_smeets@bigpond.net.au) to arrange payment by direct deposit or money order.
(Please note: goods will not be shipped until your payment has cleared).

Shipping

I post orders twice a week.

Orders are sent via Australia Post (regular post for Australian customers or Airmail for overseas customers). If you would like to add postal insurance just let me know at the time of placing your order and I will get back to you with a quote.

Once posted, the approximate delivery time for Australian orders is 1 - 3 business days and for International orders is 4 - 7 work days (letter sized orders). If you have a larger parcel sized order then the delivery time will often be a bit longer (in which case I will email and give you an approx delivery time).
