**All SLO County orders get FREE shipping!

**All vintage items are obviously considered “used” unless stated otherwise.
Also with vintage items, some wear on items may be more visible than others.
I do pledge, however, to state any damage on an item for your information.

**All items are sent to you (or your loved one) gift-wrapped. If you'd like a special note included just let me know and I’d be happy to include it with the order!

**All of my things are made in/kept in a smoke-free, pet-free environment.

**International buys please email me for discussion of shipping costs.

Payment

The items ship 24/48 hours after the payment is cleared,I can discuss alternative methods of payment , only Paypal is listed for now.
In case of nonpayment after 3 days I will send a message asking you if it's ok to cancel the sale and relist the item.
Taxes and duty fees are the buyer's responsability.

*Cancellation fee: PayPal charges and shipping charges (if they apply)

USPS: Additional fees will be added if you want your item insured.

Refunds and Exchanges

Cancellation and returns are fine, no questions asked.
If the item has not been shipped ,you will be refunded all the money including the shipping.
If the item has reached you please make sure to send it back to me within 14 days and I will refund the original price minus the shipping fee when the item is delivered back.

Please contact me and I'm sure we can work things out to your satisfaction.

I want happy customers. For standard sized items (as listed on etsy), returns must be in it's original condition and resellable. Contact us and we'll make arrangements. Refunds are made when we receive the item. We do not reimburse shipping fees (unless I made the mistake). I'll will make every effort to make sure you’re satisfied.

Additional Policies and FAQs

The buyer is held responsible to insure item. I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they have been shipped.
