I am a fiber artist at heart and love weaving, felting, and sewing. We are a husband and wife team who also enjoy "Vintage Shopping".

We live in a smoke free home and have two Soft Coated Wheaten Terriers. SCWT are a low dander, non-shedding dog breed.

Payment

We accept PayPal for payment. PayPal allows you to pay with a check or credit card while protecting account information!

If you have more than one seller’s items in your shopping cart remember to pay each seller through PayPal. This means that you need to process a PayPal invoice for each seller and your order is not complete until you have done this.

Payment is expected within three days of the order. Non-payment and non-communication of a payment plan within three days the order being canceled and re-listed. If you are having problems with the checkout process and/or PayPal please let me know by sending me a conversation (Convo= etsy email) to work out the details. The convo button is found at the top of the page.

Items payed for by e-check through PayPal are not shipped until the check is cleared. For US transactions this usually takes 3-4 working days. For international buyers this can take up to 2 weeks.

PLEASE NOTE: when you purchase an item, you are agreeing to pay the listed price and shipping. I do not work outside the Etsy system to cut deals. I have the right to cancel orders and refuse sales to people who ask me to break Etsy rules.

Shipping

We can combine shipping from any of our three shops, you must send a conversation (convo) ~BEFORE~ you purchase to make arrangements.

We also ship internationally, please send a conversation (convo) for information.

I can only give you the amount that shipping will cost and I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES, TAXES, OR CHARGES that the DESTINATION COUNTRY MAY CHARGE.

Orders are usually mailed with 48 hours of you completed order paid for order.

I can discount shipping for multiple items purchased at the same time. To combine shipping for items purchased at one time, please contact me before ordering so I can adjust the listings with the agreed upon amount.

Please make sure you have the current name and address listed on your Pay Pal account and your Etsy identity. I am not responsible for incorrect shipping information.

Insurance and delivery confirmation, what you need to know:

These package are tracked by the post office. IF no one is available to sign for the package, a notice for the package to be picked up at the local post office is left. The package is held for 30 days at the post office. The post office makes two attempts to deliver the package.

+++If the package is not claimed in thirty days, the post office is required to send it back to me. If this happens it will cost additional shipping to send it back to you.+++

PLEASE let me know if there is damage due to postal mishandling of your item. Items over $15 will be insured for the amount of the purchase and can be claimed at the post office.

++++When you go to the post office to make a claim, bring the broken item, ALL packaging materials and the labels on the outside of the box. You will need all of these items to file the claim. ++++

Refunds and Exchanges

A happy buying experience is my desire, Please contact me with any concerns about you order. I would love to resolve any issues and work for a resolution. I hate to disappoint a buyer!

Resizing:
I can resize jewelry to fit your needs. I tend to make larger bracelets and can resize them for smaller wrists. Please send a convo to work out the details.

Although care is taken with the photos, due to age, maker, settings, and calibration, colors may vary from my monitor to your monitor. Rendering of color, texture, and pattern size may vary from the actual materials.

NEW POLICY
As of March 1, 2008, I will no longer be able to ship vintage jewelry or jewelry containing vintage components to California addresses. Any orders placed with a California ship-to will be canceled and refunded. I have had to adopt this policy because of the California Lead-Containing Jewelry law, which contains no exceptions for small businesses, or those using vintage components, which cannot be tested for, lead content without destroying them. I don't think my pieces have lead, but I can't prove it, so I'm stuck. If you are from California and don't like this policy, please contact your legislator to help get the law changed!
