Thank you for your interest in my jewelry! I offer high quality Swarovski crystal, semi-precious stone, and sterling silver jewelry. I'm always trying to improve my jewelry by learning new techniques as well, such as with forging my own pieces and using precious metal clay.

Payment

I accept Paypal, money orders, and personal checks. However, if paying with money orders or personal checks please allow more time for your order to be processed. Payments by Paypal will be sent out with 48 hours.

Shipping

Paying by Paypal?
-Upon confirmation that I have received your payment your items will be sent out within 48 hours. But I send out items before that in most cases. This is the fastest option available since payments can be done instantly!

Paying by Money Order?
-Upon receiving the money order and cashing it in, I will send out your order within 48 hours, but it will be sent out within 24 hours more often than not. This option is not the fastest, but not the slowest either!

Paying by check?
-Upon clearance of your check, your order will be sent out withing 48 hours, but there is a good chance that it will be sent out within 24 hours. This option is the most lengthy since checks must be sent and cleared first.

All of my jewelry is sent First Class and will arrive in a padded envelope and gift box.

Refunds and Exchanges

-NOT COMPLETELY THRILLED WITH YOUR PURCHASE?-
Upon receiving your purchase, if you wish to return it please contact me, within 30 days of the purchase for a full refund of the price of the item. Sorry but the shipping and handling price is non-refundable.

-IT BROKE!-
I will be more than happy to fix the item at any time to the best of my ability, which also depends on what materials and supplies I have in stock. Simply send back the item and any other loose pieces you may have from it to me. If you contact about a break and it's within 30 days of the purchase, I will gladly pay shipping both ways. However, after that, I will have to request that you pay shipping one way, and I'll pay it the other way.
