Welcome to A Laine Designs! I've been closed since June 2008 after transitioning to a new store http://buggalove.etsy.com.

Recently, I decided to do a little destash! So, I'm re-opening A Laine Designs for your supply shopping pleasure!

Payment

I only accept Paypal for payment and would like to request immediate payment on all orders. I will try to work with you if an unforseen delay in your payment occurs. Please communicate with me frequently should there be a delay in payment. Please note, Paypal will accept credit cards even if you do not have a Paypal account.

Shipping

All paper is 12x12 and is shipped in a BOX. This will ensure your paper is not bent or ripped as it might be if it were packed in an envelope. Yes, this adds some weight to your package, which is why shipping starts at $5 even though the paper itself is relatively light. Shipping costs include packaging costs and postage charges.

At this time, I do not have international shipping listed due to the lack of a shipping calculator on Etsy. But I WILL ship internationally. Contact me for a shipping quote.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you want a refund or exchange please contact me. Returns and exchanges are done on a case by case basis.

Additional Policies and FAQs

COMMUNICATION: I LOVE communication. I am a convo friendly seller. I will convo you when I receive your order and when your order has been shipped. I would love it if you would let me know it has been received either by convo or by leaving me feedback.

FEEDBACK: I will typically leave feedback after payment is received. If for privacy reasons you do not wish me to leave you feedback, I am happy to oblige. I will reserve the right to leave feedback should you choose not to pay for the item or complete the transaction.

SPECIAL NOTES: My home is smoke free and and we do not own any pets.
