Below are my shipping and refund policies. Please have a look at them before purchasing anything. Do let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for shopping with me!

Payment

I accept all credit card payments via paypal only.
Your order will not be shipped until your transaction is completed and paid for.

Shipping

Please make sure your shipping address on Etsy is correct. This is the address I use for all my shipping. I do not use the address on Paypal. If you would like your order sent to a different address than the one you have for shipping please leave me a note of where you would like it shipped in the comments section of your order on etsy or convo me with the address of where you would like it sent. I ship with USPS both standard and priority mail depending on the size and weight of the package. All items over $100 will be insured. I ship once a week *usually* on Tuesdays or Wednesday. If you need something shipped sooner or express mail please convo me and let me know. Any extra charges for express mail will be charged to the purchaser.

I can ship to anywhere in the world. All postage costs are listed in my shipping rates for each item. I am not responsible for international customs charges or breakage that occur because of customs checks.

Refunds and Exchanges

I am very careful about packing items securely using bubble wrap. If there should be damage to any items I will replace the broken item if the cause was my fault. I will require a photo as well as a written description of the problem (this is for insurance purposes) and return of the item so that I can properly access the problem. Please note a replacement of the item could take up a week to replace.

I would like you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied please convo me within five days of receiving and let me know (kindly please) what the problem is. An exchange or refund can be made at this time. *This must be done within five days of receiving your item. The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs and will make sure the item is properly packed in its original packaging.
