In addition to offering the highest quality designs possible, I believe in communication. I reply quickly to messages and usually can create a custom order in less than two weeks. Payment
When you add an item to your cart, and COMMIT TO BUY, please follow through. If you are not certain you'd like the item, please convo me and we can talk about it. When you commit to buy an item, but then do not pay, it becomes a hassle for me, I must cancel the sale, and wait for Etsy to refund fees. Also, I have to pay to relist the item. Please be SURE you are ready to COMMIT TO BUY. Thank you.
Please send me your payment via PayPal through Etsy within three days of your purchase. Checks are accepted from US banks only; please convo me within three days to inform me it is on the way. If the check has not been received within 5 business days after that, I will convo you to check in. If the check has not arrived in 5 more business days, I will relist the item and cancel the sale.
Shipping
I ship using the United States Postal Service. For regular collection items and international orders, I use First Class Mail. Bridal and special occasion orders default to Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Insurance and Express Mail shipping are optional for an additional fee; please convo me immediately and I will send you an updated Paypal invoice.
Please be sure your PayPal payment reflects your accurate shipping address; if it does not, you MUST convo me with the correct shipping address. I can not be held responsible for incorrect addresses given.
I now offer international First Class USPS mailing. As each country's mail system is different, delivery times can vary, so please convo me if you have any questions or concerns.
Refunds and Exchanges
I accept returns on items that were not as described (although, as a conscientious Etsy seller, I certainly would never do this intentionally!), or if there has been a problem with workmanship.
Custom orders are NOT RETURNABLE due to the time and effort involved. If an item has been made to specification, and the customer desires changes, I charge $5 per strand restringing fee, plus the cost of materials and my return shipping. Please convo me first before mailing an item back.
Exchanges are available for readymade items only. Customer must cover the return shipping cost by either including a check when they mail back the item to be exchanged, or I can send a PayPal invoice. Please be sure to package any item to be mailed in a box, or wrapped several times in bubble wrap.

If you order a custom item, I will stay in touch with you via convo to send photos and get your approval throughout the process.
Wedding orders come in either a ribbon-tied gift box,or a satin pouch, ready to give! Smaller items for flower girls/junior bridesmaids come in satin pouches that she will love.
