Payment

Hettle accepts paypal

Items will not be shipped until payment clears :: and will be processed in the order they come in to me. Please note that if you purchase on a weekend or Holiday your order will not be processed until after. Thanks for understanding:)

Shipping for multiple orders where complimentary shipping is included will be refunded through paypal after initial payment

Shipping prices are for Priority Mail :: unless otherwise noted for International Shipping or specific oversized custom orders :: and for the size of the Package required

As a rule Hettle does not do refunds or exchanges, however we strive for excellent customer service, and would be happy to communicate with you and do whatever we can for a happy outcome for everybody:)

Custom Orders are always welcome:: All custom orders are fit on a form and Photographed before shipping.

Most weeks shipping is on Thursdays, depending on the work flow:)

:: A note about pillow forms::

all pillow forms are different, different fills different ranges of "fullness" The ones I sell in my shop are poly fil and "full" in look , I do not make a profit off of them I sell them as a courtesy for my buyers. Shipping on pillow forms is always more than the form itself-

My cotton jersey pillow covers are made to fit an average size that is readily available at most big box stores, If you order a cover from my shop it will be made slightly SMALLER as to fill out the form correctly and not "droop" for example ( a cover for a 16x16 in form will likely be made a quarter inch smaller all around to fill out the form properly) you will also need to use your hands to re-work some of the ruffles after shipping to give it a full look as shipping will compress the ruffles a bit.

Be aware that if you are planning to put the cover over an existing form that is aged it may not fill out correctly if is worn.
