Payment

Please make payment with your Paypal account or your credit or debit card through Paypal.

Please make payment at the time of order unless other arrangements or trades are made prior to purchasing.

All orders that are not paid for within 3 days of sale will be canceled and the item(s) will be relisted.

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment via USPS with delivery confirmation number that will be emailed to you once I mail out your order. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery within the United States.

International orders are shipped USPS. SORRY they do not allow for a delivery confirmation number. Please allow 10-20 days for international delivery. All customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

I work very hard to produce quality items with quality products but if you are not completely satisfied with your ChristinasCreations2 item(s) you may return them within 7 days at your expense for a refund or exchange.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I will take custom orders, but you must convo me first.

A FULL payment will be required before the work will begin. I have taken THREE special orders and once the work was completed the buyers ignored my emails.... I am not a business, I am just a crafter that does this for fun and a little profit. So Please understand that when you ask me for a speical order, I am taking time out of my busy day and away from my family and then not to be paid for my work is uncalled for.
