Quills's Shop Policies

Payment

- Please only commit to purchasing if you are sure you really want the item.
- I accept Paypal and money orders/cashier's checks.
- Payments must be made immediately when purchasing.

Shipping

- All items are shipped as First-Class Mail with the USPS. Shipping everywhere is $3.00 (including the U.S.). It is FREE for each additional item.
- Your items are sent in a sturdy bubblewrap envelope ensuring that your items are in the same condition they were in when they were sent.
- Please make sure your Etsy address is updated and correct. I ship to the Etsy address and not Paypal. If another destination is desired, please state intended destination in the "note to seller" box during purchasing.
- Your order will be sent to you the next working day.
- Please keep in mind that international orders can take a lot longer than domestic orders to be received.
- Email me at mann3quin [!at] gmail.com if two weeks have lapsed and you have not received your item, three weeks if you are not in the US.

Refunds and Exchanges

- E-mail me to negotiate any refunds or replacements. I will deal with any case individually as each will have unique circumstances.
- Please keep in mind that I will NOT replace or refund any purchases that have damages that you (the buyer) caused.
