My goal here at Design by Lara Studios is to design and create jewelry that is as unique as the person who wears my designs.

I use only quality materials and insist on perfection when creating my designs. I want my jewelry to last a life time and do not list a new design until I am completely satisfied with the quality of the piece.

I want my customers to get to know who I am as a designer as well as a shop owner. Customer service is of the utmost importance to me. I promise to care to your needs as if we were in a boutique on main street in a small little town and you are my only customer.

Payment options:

Paypal (you do not have to have a paypal account to use this option. Simply click on the "credit card" option on the paypal page to use your credit card.

Credit Card via phone (click "other" for payment and convo me)

Check (click "other" for payment and convo me)

*Items will be shipped as soon as payment has cleared. Checks that do not clear will result in an $30.00 fee to cover bank charges.

Shipping

USA = USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation.

United Kingdom & Canada = USPS First Class International.

International Orders:

All international shipments will be made through post, not paypal. Please be sure your address on your Etsy account is the correct address where you want you item shipped.

Any orders delivered outside the United States may be subject to tax and fees upon the package entering the country. Design by Lara Studios is not responsible for said fees as it is the destination country that applies these fees.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds:

My pieces are 100% guaranteed or your Money back.

Please contact me prior to returning item.

Items returned prior to contacting me will not be refunded.

If your item is just not what you expected, contact must be made within 3 days of receiving the item and returned within 10 days.

If the item you receive at any time becomes defective due to a mechanical reason such as, a string pulling away from the clasp, please send back the item. It will be fixed free of charge and sent back to you.

An item that has been damaged due to improper care will not be refunded.

Sterling silver and solid copper will tarnish if left out in the elements. To preserve your jewelry, store in a plastic bag or use other means to keep from the elements. Store and wear your jewelry with care. The stones may break if dropped.

**Helpful wire info when purchasing pieces made from wire...

Gauge:
Gauge is the most common measurement of wire thickness used in the U.S. The smaller the gauge, the thicker the wire.

For example, 16 gauge wire is thicker than 22 gauge.

Approximate gauge to metric conversion:
12ga = 2.0mm
14ga = 1.6mm
16ga = 1.3mm
18ga = 1mm
20ga = 0.8mm
22ga = 0.6mm
24ga = 0.5mm
26ga = 0.4mm
28ga = 0.3mm
30ga = 0.2mm
