Thank you for stopping by the store!! The philosophy at Poppy Flower Fibers is to provide the *finest* in spinning and knitting products no matter what the cost. I am very selective with the materials used and you can always count on PFF to deliver the softest spinning fiber and squishiest yarn EVER.

Payment

Paypal please within 3 days of purchase.

Shipping

Packages weighing less than 13 ounces will be shipped by First Class Mail. Packages 13 ounces and higher will be shipped by Priority Mail or Parcel Post. Items are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays. International items will be shipped within 5 days of payment.

Delivery Confirmation is provided at no additional charge. If you would like to purchase insurance, please message me prior to paying and I will be happy to provide you with a revised invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns of unused/like new items are returnable for refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt of items.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Poppy Flower Fibers is a one-person operation consisting of one designer (in desperate need of an assistant). Due to our small size and organic approach to creating, I am unable to duplicate colorways, accept custom orders, or accept wholesale orders.
