I take "waste not-want not" as my general philosophy.

Payment

I love checks. Just not in line at the grocery store!
I also accept Paypal and Google Checkout, and if you are local you are welcome to hand me some cold hard cash.

For custom shoes, I require a 50% deposit to begin work.

Shipping

I usually ship Priority Post, but sometimes go for Fedex Ground for my custom shoe orders. Please ask about additional insurance options. Your country may assess additional customs fees, and I have no control or responsibility for this circumstance.

I usually ship ready-made items the next business day. For custom shoe orders, I ship fit models soon after receiving your measurements and foot tracings. The entire shoe-ordering process usually takes a month, but can take longer depending on leather choice or other unknown factors. More info on this process is in my profile.

I usually use some combination of recycled shipping materials. There may be extreme tape usage.

Refunds and Exchanges

On ready-made items, you may return the item in a timely and unworn manner! (Send me a convo to discuss returns, just to let me know).

Circus B'zerkus shoes are returnable (unworn, timely) for shop credit.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All of my shoes and bags are handmade by me. Most shoe work (with the exception of Circus B'zerkus) is custom in every sense of the word: leather choices and colors are infinite, styles are alterable, etc, etc.

I like to allow four weeks for delivery of custom shoes, two for Circus B'zerkus (unless you are buying the listed shoe). More info is in my profile.
