Hello! Fabric, thread and yarn have to be three of my most favorite things in life. Everything I create is made in a smoke-free clean house. Although I am a perfectionist, please remember my items are handmade and may have slight imperfections. Welcome to my shop!

Payment

I accept Paypal and RME. If you choose RME, please select "Other" at time of payment and I will forward an invoice to the email address listed in Etsy or one you provide in the comments section.

My preference is to receive payment after an order has been completed and placed on Reserve unless the total order is over $250. I would then request a small down payment. I want to make certain you are happy with the finished product and it's what you expected.

I ask for payment within 3 days of posting on Reserve. If payment is not received, I will contact you. Orders will be canceled and listed for public sale if payment is not received within 10 days of posting in Reserve.

Shipping

I ship all orders regular mail or parcel post unless otherwise requested. If you prefer a different shipping method, please let me know so I can include the additional cost on your invoice. I will ship outside the United States, but postage is difficult to calculate before the order is boxed up and ready to go. I try to estimate as close as possible. I WILL SHIP TO ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD. Listing all of those postage rates would be a mess. I charge actual postage. I have shipped to Canada regular mail which is pretty cheap (apprx. $2.20) and thus far have not had any problems, but it's not guaranteed. I'll discuss postage when the order is placed or completed if you live out of the United States.

Refunds and Exchanges

I am happy to accept returns on items that have been damaged in shipping or do not meet expectations within 30-days of the date of purchase.

Additional Policies and FAQs

EMBROIDERY DESIGNS
Embroidery designs are each manually digitized by me and test stitched on my commercial embroidery machine. Please test stitch any design on your own machine before stitching on your final item. If you run into problems when stitching out a design, please let me know so I can rectify the problem!
