Hi! Thanks for stopping by! Currently I'm focusing on unique, handmade cards. This means they wont be the epitome of perfection that a store-bought or printed card would be. Personally, I think this is part of their charm. Purple Octopus cards are unique works of art, meant to be saved in a scrapbook or even framed instead of getting tossed or recycled after a few weeks. They take at least an hour from conception to finished product and aren't things I've just put together in seconds!

Payment

Preferred payment method is by credit card through Paypal. I am willing to consider other forms of payment on a case-by-case basis. Also, I try to ship cards as soon as possible and I would appreciate the same for payments. In general, I will cancel an order if I have not seen a payment within two weeks. If something comes up, I understand and will try to accommodate, just let me know!

Shipping

Items are shipped through USPS first class mail. If you would like an upgrade or confirmation, that will cost extra (as it costs me extra). Please let me know if you would like this and we can work it out on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds and Exchanges

If a card arrives damaged, send a photo of it to me, and I will refund your purchase.

If a card does not arrive, I will provide a certificate for one free card of equal or lesser value from the Purple Octopus etsy shop.

If you are unsatisfied with your card, you may send it back for a full refund of the card only (not the shipping).

Additional Policies and FAQs

Alchemy and custom orders must be approved by the customer after viewing photographs. Since alchemy and custom orders are personal they cannot be resold, refunds will not be available for dissatisfaction. However, damaged or missing cards will be refunded for full value (not including shipping).
