Welcome

Welcome to my online store! I'm happy you have found me and hope that you find something you like. All of my jewelry will arrive packaged with care in an organza bag for gift-giving or for yourself. A story card will be included with details about the piece.

All silver jewelry is best kept in an airtight plastic bag which will help delay tarnishing. Wearing your jewelry frequently also helps to delay tarnishing. Polishing with a soft cloth (with no chemicals) is recommended to help keep your jewelry clean. Silver and other metals (especially the spacers & beads handmade in Bali and alphabet/message beads) sometimes have oxidized (darkened) areas which outline the designs. Using silver cleaner on these will turn them completely silver and they will lose some of their charm.

Payment

I accept PayPal only at this time, which is easy to use. There will be taxes included on Canadian purchases, and provincial sales tax on items shipped within BC. Please pay as soon as you have finished ordering so I can get your purchases mailed quickly to you.

Shipping

I am in Canada and use Canada Post for all shipping unless requested otherwise. In my experience, packages arrive in the US within about 10 business days, many times earlier, occasionally later. I cannot guarantee delivery times. If you require faster shipping, this will be extra. Please convo me and I'll see what our options are. Insurance is included on shipments $50+. All customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Generally, in the US there aren't any for imports of $200 and less.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase, if you are not I encourage you to contact me and let me know. If you package has not arrived after 3 weeks, please let me know and I will do my best to track it down. Sometimes packages can get caught up in customs and held for a time. I cannot do anything about this, unfortunately. If the item is damaged, please take a picture and send it to me, and if it is truly my fault, then I will attempt to replace it, or refund your purchase. Let's work together so we can both be happy.
