Hi there,
Welcome to Making Crafts in the Woods, the online art gallery of Barbara B. Mowery (bbmowery), an artist and occasional art instructor. My paintings tend to spring from wherever my imagination and inspiration leads me on a particular day, and the artwork you will see in the shop reflects my wide-ranging interests. But I like to make paintings in series to explore variations on a theme, so you will also see groups of related paintings. Please take a look around and feel free to convo me with any questions.

Payment

After purchase, please pay within three (3) days by PAYPAL. Just click through, and follow the prompts. If you have any problems, please convo me.

If you see an item that you would like but are unable to pay immediately, please convo me. I can reserve the artwork for you for a period of one (1) week.

Any purchases not paid within three (3) days will be canceled, and the item will be relisted.

Shipping

Items are usually shipped within a week from the payment’s clearing date. Inside the US, paintings will be shipped Priority Mail unless you request another shipping method. Greeting cards will be shipped USPS First Class. All items are sent in sturdy packaging to prevent damage.

I will send you a convo to let you know that your item has shipped. You can also check if your order has been shipped by visiting "Your Etsy" ->"Purchases".

If you need an item to be shipped immediately, or if you would like to upgrade or change the shipping method, please convo me beforehand so I can adjust your listing. Same goes if would like to purchase insurance on your package--I do not insure items unless you are willing to pay for it.

I am happy to ship outside the United States. Please convo me with your information, and I will calculate the shipping amount for you specifically. ANY listing can be edited to charge exact shipping for an international customer, and I am happy to do it.

Any shipping overpayments (shipping amount + packaging materials) in excess of $1, will be refunded to you either by paypal or literal refund.

Whenever I can, I use recycled shipping materials.

Refunds and Exchanges

You may return a piece that does not meet your expectations within 14 calendar days for a full refund of your purchase price, not including the shipping charges. If you would like to return an item, please convo me to let me know. Customer satisfaction is very important to me.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All artworks listed here is the creative and intellectual property of Barbara B. Mowery. These rights, including the right of duplication, do not transfer to the owner of the artwork, upon purchase.

All artwork comes from a non-smoking home and studio!
