Welcome to my etsy shop! Here at Storm Moon Knits we specialize in crazy colors and colorway names that sometimes make sense.

Payment

I currently only accept Paypal. If the payment isn't received within 7 days of your purchase, the order will be canceled.

Shipping

If you live outside of the US and Canada, message me and we can figure out shipping costs. For orders of 3 skeins or less, I ship via USPS First Class with delivery confirmation. For 4 skeins and up I ship via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation.

Since I'm starting a new job, I will have less time to run back and forth to the post office. I would like to mail packages two days a week (though I haven't figured out which two yet). Once I get it all figured out I'll post the days here.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 2 weeks of delivery as long as the yarn is in its original condition (in a hank--not wound into a ball). If you'd like to exchange yarn you purchased with another item, let me know within 2 weeks of delivery. Again, yarn must be in its original condition (not wound into a ball). As soon as I receive the yarn you wish to exchange, I'll mail you your new yarn.
