Payment

Payment must be received before work ships. No cancellation of order once it is shipped.

Shipping

I ship either USPS or UPS depending on location of buyer.

If you need purchase expedited please let me knowas soon as you order, because there will be an extra shipping charges. The same goes for delivery conformation and extra insurance.

I pack with styrofoam popcorn. If you have a preference not to have the popcorn please inform ahead of time I will use paper for the packing. I always use bubble and corragated cardboard to wrap my ceramics.

If your a local buyer work can be picked up at my studio in Manhattan we can make arrangements for a pick up.

International shipping is available and the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges when they are calculated.

I usually ship within two days of your order if there is a delay I will notify you as soon as possible.

Custom order will take at least two weeks to finish and ship depending on my firing schedule.

If you are buying a gift for someone I will ship it to them with a gift message.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please let me know as soon as possible if there is any damage to your items. I will replace items broken in shipping ASAP at no extra cost to you if you report the breakage within 14 days of receipt. In return, save your packaging materials so that I may fire a claim with UPS.

WHOLESALE: Minimum order $150; Pro forma on all new accounts. Merchants must supply proper documentation including tax ID. convo me for a catalog and line sheet.

CONSIGNMENT: It depends I usually work with non-profits(museum shops,art centers).

CUSTOM ORDERS: Please convo me for pricing.

GUARANTEE: If you don't love it, return it to me for credit only. This does not apply to custom orders.
