All of my lampwork beads and jewelry are made by myself in my home studio. Each lampwork bead is masterfully made one at a time by hand and is annealed in a digitally controlled kiln for strength and durability. I only sell first quality beads so you can be sure to expect only the finest quality work from Genea Beads.

Payment

Paypal and credit card payments need to be made at the time of purchase.

Shipping

United States Postal Service first class shipping. Items will ship the same day or next day depending on the time of purchase.

I cannot be responsible for an items loss or damage without insurance. Please inquire about insurance costs if needed.

Refunds and Exchanges

All items are carefully inspected before being sent to insure that they are not damaged before you get them.

Hello friends!
Sorry, I will NOT be accepting custom orders at this time.
I will be working on things for Etsy, local and traveling trunk shows that will take up most of my time. As I get shows scheduled locally and outside of town you can get the latest updates here on my blog (www.geneabeads.blogspot.com)to see if Genea Beads will be visiting your area!
