Payment

Please plan on paying within three business days or I will have to cancel the sale and leave the appropriate feedback.

Shipping

I ship first class with delivery confirmation. (and it's usually next day, but always within 48 hours, unless it's the weekend!)

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns: Accepted on clothing, car seat covers & in cases where an item is improperly described. On clothing the item must be returned within 1 week of delivery :) Buyer must pay return shipping.

Warranty Info

All of my goods have a 3 month normal wear warranty.*

*This means I'll repair minor damages to jewelry and bags (if it's through normal wear) Just convo me and we'll figure it out. Customer must pay shipping though! eek...! Sorry.

All items are coming from a SMOKE-FREE environment!

I do have two little puppies, but they both have hair (not fur) and don't shed or have dander. From September-May I'm not with them, so anything I make will be doggie free.
