Welcome to jenjems! All items are made by me with lots of love and dedication to my craft. I am a one woman shop and I strive to make people happy by creating beautiful one of a kind and limited quantity jewelry items "for my earthy friends".

Payment

Immediate payment by paypal is requested. For help with purchases, please see Etsy's section on checkout:

Purchases will be canceled if attempts to contact have not been successful and payment has not been received within 5 days.

Shipping

I ship all U.S. packages Monday - Friday via USPS FIRST CLASS with delivery confirmation. All items are shipped within 1-2 business days and should arrive to you within 5-10 days from the date of purchase. If you have not received your item after 10 days please contact me through Etsy or via email at jen_jems [!at] hotmail.com so I can look into the matter in a timely manner.

Packages shipped outside the U.S. are sent first class mail and cannot be tracked. As with U.S. shipping I ship all packages Monday - Friday within 1-2 business days of purchase. I cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail.(Please note, I have yet to loose a package.)

Refunds and Exchanges

I strive to make all my customers happy and want you to enjoy your jenjems purchase thoroughly. If you are at all unhappy with your purchase please convo me so we can work together to make you one happy customer. All purchases are returnable for up to 15 days from the purchase date for STORE CREDIT ONLY, minus ANY shipping costs. Items must be returned in original condition.

ALL PURCHASES MADE FROM THE SALE/CLEARANCE SECTION ARE CONSIDERED TO BE A FINAL SALE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

Additional Policies and FAQs

All items will arrive shipped in recycled bubble mailers(previously used or handmade using recycled materials)with neatly packaged items inside.

Gift wrap is available by request at no additional charge to you.
