At Numinous Designs, I am committed to creating quality jewelry items of beauty and function. I do my best to provide pictures that are an honest representation of my work, and my item descriptions go into much detail about the appearance of the finished item, it's spiritual and magickal qualities, as well as the individual materials that went into the design. If you find error with my listings, I ask that you please let me know right away so I can resolve the issue.

Payment

All sales are final. However, while I anticipate no major issues, if problems with your purchase are encountered or extenuating circumstances arise, these will be handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure complete satisfaction with your order. Please contact me immediately if such issues arise.

At this time, I accept Paypal payments only, though I understand that you can make credit card payments via paypal without having an account through that service. Please see the Paypal.com website for more information.

Taxes are not included in my prices and you may be liable for your state's sales tax on items purchased via the internet. Please check your local state tax regulations for more information.

Shipping

I ship First Class via the USPS, though if requested I can priority ship for an extra shipping charge. Please contact me before placing your order if you require a faster shipping method or would like to specify a courier service so that arrangements can be made.
