Thank you for stopping by my shop!

Payment

I prefer Paypal. Please pay within 3 days of purchase. Any item that is not paid for in that time will be relisted and the sale will be canceled.

I will also accept money orders. Please notify me when you purchase your item so that I can allow additional time for the payment to arrive. Your items will not be shipped until the money order is verified and cashed.

Shipping

I ship all items USPS 1st Class. Most are shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase. Please see my shop announcement for any times that I may be unavailable as this will delay your shipment. No shipments are made on the weekends.

If you would like insurance, convo me BEFORE paying so that I can adjust your invoice to reflect the additional cost.

Refunds and Exchanges

I take great pride in my fused glass work and I pack carefully so your purchase arrives intact. If you are not happy with your item for whatever reason, please contact me within 3 days of receipt. This does not include custom orders, which are not returnable. Return it to me within 10 days, in the same condition you received it, for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping is non-refundable.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom work is nonreturnable and requires a 50% nonrefundable deposit.

I am not currently offering wholesale prices, but serious inquiries will be considered. Please supply your web address and shop and where you intend to sell these items with your inquiry.
