Welcome

Hello! These are our shop policies, we've tried to keep them, sane, sensible and at least vaugly understandable :)

If you're not sure of something, just drop us a convo! :)

Payment

We currently accept payment through Paypal!

Please Pay within 3 days or contact us to let us know when you will be paying.

If you buy more than one of our items, we will combine the shipping and revise your invoice or refund you the extra.

Some countries have customs/import type charges on items coming in, these are the responsibilty of the buyer. (We know... it sucks!)

Shipping

We will ship Anywhere!

UK: 1st Class (1-2 working days)

International: Airmail (3 to 7 working days - depending on location)

If you would like a different shipping service (i.e. faster, more secure...) just drop us a line and we'll see what we can do! We're also happy to ship Surface Mail for international orders, as it is so much cheaper! However, please be aware that surface mail can take a long time.

Surface Mail Delivery Estimates:

Western Europe - up to 2 weeks
Eastern Europe - up to 5 weeks
North America - up to 6 weeks
South America, Africa and Asia - up to 8 weeks
Australasia - up to 12 weeks

If we ever overestimate the shipping on your order by more than $2 we'll refund you the extra :)

Damaged or Missing Parcels:
Thankfully this has never been an issue so far, and hopefully never will! However if it does ever come up we will take it up with the post office (Preferably with a pointy stick ;) If anything ever goes wrong, PLEASE Contact Us! We're nice really, and we'll figure something out!

Refunds and Exchanges

If all else fails (after contacting us!) you wish to return an item, please do so within 14 days and we will refund you the item price.

We Love Feedback! and will always leave it for you! We leave feedback as soon as we have shipped your item/s and would love it if you left some for us too! :)

All of our items are created and packed in a smoke free universe! :) However, there are Furries around... we try to stop them from adding to our packages but its pretty likely that the odd stray hair might try to escape! :)
