hellohello!
all of my pieces are original assemblages using materials culled from my piles of old stuff. i use only reclaimed wood, and some reclaimed plexiglass (when i can find it) that i gather from among the many portland eco-friendly-reused-goods-supply-shops. (gotta love this town.)

Payment

i accept payment through paypal (within 2 days of purchase). also money orders, or personal checks made out to brenda rose. m/o's and checks must be received within one week of purchase and pieces will be shipped after check has cleared.

Shipping

all pieces are shipped via USPS priority mail within 2-4 days of purchase (unless rush arrangements are made by buyer).
i carefully package my pieces to ensure the plexiglass arrives intact (ie: ridiculous amounts of recycled bubble wrap) in reused (when possible) cardboard boxes.

Refunds and Exchanges

if damage incurs en route, please contact me as soon as possible. i'll try to repair/replace damaged elements if possible (for damage equaling no more than $40).
i insure (through USPS) all pieces priced over $100.
all sales are final.
