Welcome

I believe in having one-of-a-kind things and that's why my bags are all unique - just like the ladies that carry them! I do remake designs per client's request, however.

Payment

I accept PayPal (preferred), personal checks, and money orders. Please send payment within 5 days of the close of the purchase. I will not not ship until I receive payment.

Shipping

I'm a fan of Priority Mail through USPS so i always use that when sending my wares. I will ship the item the day or day after I receive your payment (depending on when I receive it, i.e. on a Saturday).

Refunds and Exchanges

I am more than happy to refund any payments if the product is not to your liking or is unlike the description and/or picture of it in my store. I am also willing to make alterations/repairs to bags that I have sold at the buyer's shipping expense.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I love doing custon orders! If you have any idea of what you would like to go into a custom bag (favorite fabrics, design, old clothes that you want transformed, etc.), just let me know and we can put our heads together. I have done and still do wholesale and consignment to anyone who is interested. See my store's main page for info on where my bags are currently being sold.
