Sodium Hydroxide (saponifying agent)
Sorbitol (moisturizer)
Sorbitan oleate (emulsifer)
Soy bean protein (conditioner)
Titanium Dioxide (mineral whitener used in opaque soaps)

Payment

I accept PayPal and money orders only.

Payment should be immediate but you have up to three days to make the payment or else the sale will be canceled, and appropriate feedback will be left.

Shipping

I mail out on business days (Monday, Wednesday & Friday, typically) and I use first class mail. It takes approx. 2-5 business days. Most heavier soaps (1 pound or more) will be shipped Priority mail.

Shipping costs always include delivery confirmation.

Insurance is extra, if you choose to have insurance, let me know. It is not included in the shipping costs.

Refunds and Exchanges

Currently I don't accept returns on items, but if you have an issue with anything I sell, contact me directly and I can work with you on a 1-on-1 basis.

If you have any issues whatsoever, please contact me and I will be happy to iron everything out for you. I don't want you to be unsatisfied with anything you have bought, so before you leave any negative or neutral feedback, let me know, and I will do my best to resolve your issues! =)

I include delivery confirmation on every order. The tracking number will be provided to you at your request. If for some reason you do not receive your item and the tracking info shows that it was not delivered, I will replace the item at no charge to you. If the tracking number is shown as delivered, it is out of my hands. I will not replace the item if the tracking information shows it was delivered. If you are worried about this, I can include signature confirmation at an additional cost.

Make sure the address you list on your Etsy order is the correct one you want me to ship to. I will only send to the address provided on the actual Etsy order, NOT your PayPal payment. If you do not want me to send to your Etsy order address, convo me and I will send to an alternate address. If you don't notify me, I am not responsible for sending your order to the wrong address. I will only send to the address provided to me on your Etsy order.

Wholesale orders require a minimum purchase of 10 sets of like items (for example, 10 SETS of Oreos, not 10 individual Oreos) deposit of 50% is requested up front for supplies. The remainder will be due upon completion of the order. You will have a "reserved" listing specifically for you. All items listed at www.DirtyAssSoaps.etsy.com are available for wholesale at this time.

You must present a valid Tax ID # upon request and store location, website and a little info on your shop.
