Payment

PayPal is my preferred method of payment. If you would like to pay via another method (personal check, money order), please convo. me for additional information.

Payment must be made within 3 days of purchase or the sale will be cancelled and the item returned to my shop.

If you need to cancel a purchase please convo. me as soon as possible.

Shipping

Purchases will be shipped First Class mail (with delivery confirmation)via USPS within 3-4 days after payment has cleared. Once payment has cleared I will email you to let you know the exact shipping date.
If you would like to upgrade to priority or express shipping or add insurance, please contact me to find out about additional charges.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible and I will work with you to make it right.

I hand deliver all items to the post office. Once an item has left my hands, I cannot be responsible for any lost items. If your item arrives and is damaged, please contact me the day you receive it.

Additional Policies and FAQs

A note about my beach stone pieces~

All of the beach stones used in my work are hand collected from the Oregon Coast (unless otherwise noted). I drill each stone by hand.

Beach stones will often darken slightly with wear. This is normal as stones will absorb the natural oils from your skin. While wearing stones avoid contact with chlorine (swimming pools), harsh soaps, hairspray and lotions as they may cause stains or damage to the stones.
