Hello! Welcome to Siansburys, Makers of Super Special Sock Monkeys and Bespoke Plushies!

All of my sock monkeys are my own design - I love giving each of them their own distinct personality. My main inspirations come from home, family, nostalgia and anything that makes me laugh :D

The nature of socks means that it is impossible to work from templates and, as a result, I put many hours of love into each one of my sock monkeys to get them just right, and no two are ever exactly the same. As a rule, Superstar monkeys are never to be repeated unless I get a special order. So Sianburys sock monkeys are extremely collectible!

Payment

I accept Paypal only - please remember to pay within 24 hours of your purchase. I will convo you to remind you if you don't pay immediately.

You can pay by credit or debit card by clicking on 'pay by paypal' until you get the option to pay by card and follow the instructions.


CURRENCY CONVERSION
All prices are in US Dollars but Paypal will automatically convert other currencies at checkout, so you can still buy from my shop if US Dollars are not your local currency.

Shipping

Your item will be despatched within 2 working days of receipt of your payment.

UK
Items to UK are sent via Royal Mail First Class as standard (estimated 1-2 working days). Please allow 15 working days for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL
International orders are sent standard airmail (estimated 3-5 working days). Please allow 25 working days for delivery. Buyers are responsible for any customs charges.

If your parcel has not arrived after this time, please let me know so that I can offer you a refund or replacement.

Postal insurance and tracking are available at extra cost (except for Superstar Sock Monkeys where this is already included) - please convo me for more info.


FREE GIFTWRAPPING!
Giftwrapping and giftnote can be added to any item at no extra cost - please let me know the name of the recipient and the note you would like me to include in the 'Message to Seller' section at checkout, or email me at siansburys [!at] gmail.com

Refunds and Exchanges

INCORRECT ORDER & DAMAGES
If when your order arrives, it is incorrect or damaged please contact me immmediately to arrange to return the item/s to me. Once I have received the returned item I will issue a paypal refund for the price of the item (excluding shipping costs). The buyer is responisble for return shipping costs.


LOSSES
If your parcel does not arrived within the specfied time (see SHIPPING SECTION), please contact me immediately so I can start the claim process.


EXCHANGES
I do not offer exchanges at this time.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders for monkeys are always very welcome. All of my plushies are bespoke and I love to give each of them their own personality. If you would like your own custom design, please do get in touch for a quote!

As a general guide:
Basic Monkeys $50 - $70
Embellished/Accessorised Monkeys & Zebras $60 - $80
Superstar/Character Monkeys $100 - $120


SAFETY
My sock monkeys are not toys for young children, but are intended for adult collectors over 14.


COPYRIGHT
Although sock monkeys are not my idea, my monkeys look different to those from other sellers. Make sure yours do too. Thanks :)
