Welcome to my shop, my goal is to make your shopping experience a wonderful and personal one. Everything you see in my shop is handmade from start to finish and are all original designs. If you decide to make a purchase please read my shop policies carefully and thank you for your support.

Payment

Payment must be complete within 1 week of order or I will have to cancel the purchase and relist the item. If you need to cancel a sale for any reason please let me know ASAP. Thanks!

Shipping

Note on shipping: I currently ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I take great care in packaging so that your purchase arrives safely. I try my best to use recycled materials to try to keep shipping costs down. Please note that shipping costs also include materials to ship. I have to make sure the work gets there safely and that requires boxes and packaging materials. I try to be as green as possible while still maintaining a pretty presentation. If there is a difference of over $1 after packaging costs from what I charged you I will be happy to refund you the difference. I am happy to combine shipping, please convo me for a revised invoice.

**If something does get damaged in shipment please let me know.

***I ship priority mail, if you would like insurance added please convo me BEFORE you purchase so I can add it to the cost of shipping.

**** If you are outside of the U.S. Please convo me for shipping info!

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase so if something is not what you expected please convo me and I will be happy to work something out. I'm sorry but I cannot refund shipping costs.
