Shipping

PDF patterns will be emailed to the address indicated in the PayPal account used to remit payment, usually within 24 hours.

For other items, each domestic package is shipped by first class mail and automatically gets delivery confirmation. If the package is valued at $10 or more, insurance is also added. If more than one item is ordered and the shipping paid is enough, priority shipping will be applied.

Due to a hectic personal life, I am only able to get to the post office twice a week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Occasionally, if my husband is not too busy, I can get him to drop by the post office for me on the days that I cannot be there. I make every effort to get items out as quickly as possible, but sometimes, speed is not a possibility.

Refunds and Exchanges

No refunds or exchanges on patterns under any circumstances.

If a shipped item is broken or defective, mail the piece back to me within 14 days for a full refund (less shipping).

Additional Policies and FAQs

if you are also a seller, PLEASE recycle the packing materials that you receive from me!! get as much use of the envelope, box and tissue paper that you possibly can. if promo business cards are included with your order, please consider sending them on to one of your customers once you have bookmarked the shops. reduce, reuse, recycle!
