WoolCreations is a place where you, your children and their children can experience the wonderful feeling and warmth of my designs and dolls. I pour my heart, imagination, skill and time into every WoolCreation, they all are one-of-a-kind and hand made. Everything I create comes with it's own personality and is inspired by what I experience in life. Wholesome, magical and unique!

Payment

All Payments go through Paypal. Please don't hesitate to ask if you need a payment plan. I am happy to accommodate you as long as it is in my capabilities at that moment.

Shipping

Shipping Information:

I will ship your item(s) within 48 hours after receipt of payment. Shipping is calculated automatically of the total purchase amount. If there is a difference of more then $1.00 between this and the actual shipping cost, I will refund the difference via paypal. Thank you for shopping with WoolCreations.

Refunds and Exchanges

Return policies:

You really don't like what you bought at WoolCreations? You may return the WoolCreations unused within 10 days. Shipping has to be payed by you. I recommend to ship the item via USPS with insurance. I will only refund your money once I hold the item in my hands. I do want everyone to be happy with their WoolCreations.

Custom orders will still have the same rules. I reserve the right to change this at any time. I have to see how I can cover those costs. Most stores will take a down payment and will keep that for their work and only refund a portion of the cost. I believe that you as my customer have the right to something that you like, something that fits and that will make you happy. So for now, please send your unused item back within 10 days, shipping is on you and please to be save send it with insuranc

Disclaimer

WoolCreations' toys and dolls are not necessarily appropriate for all ages, please use good judgment when choosing the appropriate toy for your child. My Waldorf dolls are made of 100% wool or wool and 100% cotton skin. Doll Clothing may have buttons, which could be a choking hazard. Other toys are usually made of wool/cotton, little fibers may come off. For all items on our site we recommend a minimum age of 3 years and that children do not put these toys in their mouths.

All WoolCreations are created in a NON-Smoking environment. I do have dogs and cats (which live outside). My animals do not spend time near my WoolCreations.
