Payment

All prices are in US dollar. I accept payment via Paypal. once the payment has been made, you will receive an email receipt from Paypal.

Will wait as long as 3 days but if you contact me and let me know you will be late i do appreciate that.
after that i will cancel and leave neutral feedback, unless it was a mutual or i was contact by the buyer with reasonable reasons!

Shipping

I ship via Canada post air mail within 3 business days (I take weekends off to be with my family, so they are not business days) my shipping price covers postage and packaging, the prices in the description shipping is approximately, but for bigger and heavy items i get an accurate price for you from the post office, insurance is not included in the small packages.

combined shipping for multiple items will save on your shipping costs so please take a look and let me know so i can do that for you in your invoice. If you live in kitchener waterloo and want to buy any of my stuff in the shop, please contact me first and we can work a local pick-up so that you can save the shipping cost.

I refund overpayment for shipping exceeding $2. Handling and packaging fees are included in my shipping price.

Refunds and Exchanges

In case of returned merchandise, it could only be replaced or returned for store credit not including shipping price. you will get your store credit once I receive the item in perfect condition. shipping for returned items is on your cost and packages that you send back need to be insured, i can not replace or give store credit with out receiving the item first!


LOST ITEMS:
Please understand, once the item has been shipped, I am unable to take the responsibility for a package is lost or damaged during the delivery.
However, since i do care,i will wait the 72 day the post office says to wait to open a claim. but please contact me as well so we can come to an amiable agreement on how to handle the transaction. I truly want you to be happy & satisfied with your purchase so feel comfortable coming back!

Additional Policies and FAQs

♥ NON-SMOKING & PET-FREE HOME all of my items are made in my home by me, i only have a 2 and half year old which i hope will start helping me soon one day.

♥ PACKAGING- I use recycled or re-purposed materials as often as possible to make the shipping less and i try to use not heavy boxes too, so you will likely receive your items in pre-loved packaging. I sometimes need to use new materials such as Ziploc bags or small boxes to get your item to you safely. I hope you will in turn be able to give these items a second (or third) life.

♥ CUSTOM ORDERS - I accept custom orders. A design fee (may be) added depending upon the complexity of the request. Returns are not accepted on custom orders.

♥ WHOLESALE

♥ CONSIGNMENT
I do accepting consignment agreements right now, but only for local stores for the time being!

♥ TRADES - I like trades. I think there's good karma in trading so don't be afraid to contact me about one. I'm always interested & please expect to put the trade through as a normal transaction since it's very nice to leave and receive feedback and raise the sold items too ;)

♥ FEEDBACK is important to let me know if you Got your item or not, Please leave me feedback to let me know! The feedback system is a great way of establishing trust and a record of past transactions and also to know that an item has arrived safely & is being enjoyed.
