Payment

We accept all payments via Paypal. Don't worry - you don't need a Paypal account to use this payment option. If payment is not received within one week, the order will be cancelled.

Shipping

All orders placed and paid for by 5 p.m. Thursday will be shipped by 5 p.m. Friday (keep in mind we're running on Washington, D.C. time here). Convo us if you need your order shipped sooner.

REGULAR SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped via First Class Mail or Parcel Post unless otherwise requested or specified. Tracking is not available for this service, and we regret that we are not responsible for orders that become lost in the mail using this service. For this reason, you may upgrade to Priority Mail for peace of mind.

UPGRADE TO PRIORITY MAIL:
This service is available by request only, unless otherwise specified. Domestic orders are shipped via Priority Mail (2-3 days); international orders are shipped via Priority Mail International (6-10 days). This service includes tracking. Convo us for this option before you place your order. Shipping prices are listed below in US dollars.

United States:
Individual Items - $5.00 ($2.50 if shipped with another item)
Zodiac Kitten Club - $30.00

Canada and Mexico:
Individual Items - $11.00 ($5.50 if shipped with another item)
Zodiac Kitten Club - $66.00

Everywhere Else:
Individual Items - $13.00 ($9.00 if shipped with another item)
Zodiac Kitten Club - $78.00

Refunds and Exchanges

If for some reason your kit arrives with insufficient supplies to complete your pattern, convo us and we will ship the deficit immediately, free of charge. Remember, most of the kits don't include a crochet hook, stitch markers, or yarn needles.

If you are otherwise unhappy with your order, we are willing to offer a refund minus the costs of shipping. If you have simply changed your mind about your order, please convo us to cancel before it ships or you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

CONDITIONS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS:
1. We do not offer refunds on patterns or pattern books once they have been shipped since they are easy to photocopy.
2. We do not issue refunds or replacements for orders that become lost in the mail UNLESS the order was shipped via Priority Mail or Priority Mail International. See Shipping info above.

Additional Policies and FAQs

GIFT ORDERS:
If your order is a gift to be shipped to the giftee, please convo us with this information so we don't include an invoice with the order. Gift wrapping is also available as an item in the shop. Cost is $3 and includes a card; convo us with the message to print on the card.

Priority Mail is recommended for gift orders; see Shipping info above.

ALLERGIES:
All items coming out of the home of the Crochet Kitten will have been exposed to cat hair and dander. Keep this in mind if you have cat allergies. We also share our home with a crotchety Lhasa Apso and a rambunctious Pug. We don't smoke, but occasionally The Animator will get the urge to light up a clove or his hookah.
